Upon entering, visitors enter a welcoming vestibule, designed to withstand the elements and create a functional transition space. Nearby, a discreet desk provides a separate work space, ideal for concentration. The corridor leads to the heart of the home.

A central staircase conceals the main living area at the rear. This configuration invites you to gradually discover the spaces, revealing an open space where kitchen, dining room and living room come together. The light-filled dining room opens onto the courtyard.
